1. Who we are

This website is operated by RANGEGEAR SA, a trading name of RANGEGEAR SA, a [sole proprietor, owned or directed by Daniel. Our physical address, which we choose as our address for service of legal documents (domicilium citandi et executandi), is 6 Jamie Uys Close, Malmesbury, Western Cape, 7300, South Africa. 2. What we sell

RANGEGEAR SA is an online retailer of range and sport-shooting accessories, such as magazine speedloaders, magazine pouches and range-safety items. We do not sell firearms, ammunition, firearm parts or magazines. Our products are intended for adults (18 and over) who use them lawfully and in line with their range's rules, the Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000 and the firearm manufacturer's instructions. You are responsible for checking that an accessory is compatible with your equipment; product pages show the compatibility we have verified, and you are welcome to ask us before buying.

3. Orders and availability

Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. All goods are subject to availability. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. If an item is unavailable after you've paid, we'll refund you in full within 30 days. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or suspected fraud, in which case we refund any payment in full. Card and EFT payments are charged at the same price as any other payment method.

4. Payment and security

We accept payment through Payfast, an approved payment gateway in South Africa. Depending on what Payfast offers at checkout, you can pay with Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards, Instant EFT and other methods shown at checkout. Card transactions are processed by Payfast over a secure, SSL-encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details on this website; they are entered directly on Payfast's secure pages. For Payfast's security certificate and policies, visit payfast.io. The merchant outlet country is South Africa and all transactions are processed in ZAR.

5. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa only. Processing times, courier details and costs are set out in our Shipping policy. We ship only to the address entered at checkout.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

You have a 7-day cooling-off period after delivery for online purchases, and a 6-month warranty on defective goods, as set out in our Refund policy. We don't charge a cancellation fee.

7. Our responsibility

RANGEGEAR SA takes full responsibility for every transaction made on this website, including the sale, customer service, delivery and dispute resolution. If you have a complaint, contact us first at bmrsa296@gmail.com and we'll try to resolve it within 10 business days. You may also refer a complaint to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) or the National Consumer Commission.

8. Privacy

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information as required by the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We store your contact and order details separately from card details, which are handled only by Payfast. See our Privacy policy and Payfast's privacy policy.

9. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Where an image is an illustration rather than a photograph, it is labelled as such. Specifications and compatibility marked as supplied by the manufacturer have not been independently verified by us unless stated.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by misuse, modification or use of a product other than as intended. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or any liability that can't be excluded by law.
